Exam Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Agreement

All DES certification tests, including the content and wording of test questions, constitute confidential DeJump inc. information protected by trade secret law. Anyone obtaining access to DES certification tests is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of this information.

This certification test is DeJump inc. confidential and is protected by trade secret law. It is made available to you, the examinee, solely for the purpose of becoming a DES certified professional. You are expressly prohibited from disclosing, publishing, reproducing, or transmitting this test, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, verbal or written, electronic or mechanical, for any purpose without the prior express written permission of DeJump inc. All examinees must agree to this Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement before receiving the DES test certification. If an individual violates this agreement, the candidate will be permanently ineligible for any certification through DeJump inc.

By complying with and enforcing this obligation, you help maintain the integrity of the DES Educational Program and the value of your certification.

Confidentiality Agreement

Upon taking EACH of your DeJump Educational Services (DES) exams, you will be required to accept and acknowledge a Confidentiality Agreement specific to DES exams. Note that you will NOT be able to proceed with the exam until you have read and accepted the terms listed on the Confidentiality Agreement. DES Certification Agreement

You will also be required to accept the terms and conditions listed in the DES Agreement. Acknowledgement is required ONCE during your active participation in the program. In the very near future this Agreement will also be made available to you while testing (currently available with DES exam only). Note that you will NOT receive the benefits of your certification until you have completed the Agreement. If your organization is participating in the DES Educational Program, they will NOT receive credit for your status until you have completed this Agreement.
