Project Analysis
The materials volume and the complexity are assessed and the most efficient strategy to complete the project is determined. A quotation is presented, a deadline is proposed and a contract is signed. Production The production tools are prepared, the processes to complete the project (preprocessing, glossary building, resources planning & briefing) are implemented and the internal deliveries are planned among the teams that will work on the project (translation, copyediting, destop publishing, QA). Internal Review Deliverables undergo 4 levels of review. Quality Assurance The quality of the deliverables is assessed. Client requirements are reviewed and changed are made, if necessary. Certification A unique certificate is issued and signed by our QA specialist to certify the service quality and to confirm that the deliverables meet all the criteria stipulated by the client. Customer Review & Approval The client reviews the final deliverables and comments on possible changes or approves them for final delivery. Final Changes This is the step where last minutes changes are made, either in the form of corrections or small additions. Delivery The deliverables are shipped to client either by email, through our FTP site, on a CD or by courier. |
